This is too funny; an A Capella version of the Game of Thrones theme song done as 5 part harmony. It was put together by The Warp Zone, and they have a lot of other hysterical stuff on their channel. It was about an hour before I could pull myself away from watching their videos and do this post. Thanks to Topless Robot for the heads up on this one.
If you didn’t make it to the Smithsonian’s Air And Space Museum a few weeks ago for the presentation of the Star Trek’s Continuing Relevance symposium, it is now posted to Ustream, and I have embedded it here for your edification.

101 pictures of C’Thulhu? Yep, not the band, but images from the books written by the guy they named themselves after, have been collected up over at The Lovecratfs Man. I have played with the big green guy a bit myself (OK, sometimes he’s red), here is an image and an animation I put together…

If you are not already a fan of this Australian Indi band you should check them out, because Operator Please has some tasty music. My favorite track by them is Song About Ping Pong, but all their songs are good. Their official home page seems to have evaporated so they may not be a band any more, and the one time I know of they appeared on US TV was in season 4 of Chuck, in the episode Chuck Vs. The Fear Of Death.
This is the Senior Thesis film produced at Ringling College of Art and Design by Dylan Vanwormer and Logan Scelina. Yes, it is a bit silly, but where animation is concerned that is often the point. These kind of things inspire me to plug away at my own animation projects, even though mine never seem to look this good.
